It is quite good price and valuable. Location is very near from the ladies beach about 500 meter away.
They don't clean room if you don't ask. But if you ask something, they really spontenous and kind.

The hotel's location is very optimum comparing to its price. Even though we came with a car, it was very easy to reach the beach and city center. The hotel staff was quite friendly and willing to help. The room was very big for a room on this price. I would come here again.
I wasnt so sure that the room was cleaned properly, there were dust particles on the floor. We had a cooker which was not functioning. But it was ok

The pool was clean and inviting. The receotion staff were friendly.
Where do I start? The rooms are old and everything is falling apart. We had to move rooms as our air con didn't work. Our second room contained a fridge that was dirty and smelled terrible. When I opened the door it fell off! Everything needs replacing abd updating. We only stayed for one night thankfully- if you are considering staying longer, choose a different hotel.

We were very pleasantly suprised by the hotel. Great staff, very friendly, especially the lady who handled the reception desk (owner?) most of the time. Nice little bar by the pool, really clean and nice pool. Room was really big. Location was excellent: both Ladies' beach and the harbour were within easy walking distance. Parking was easy on the street. Will definitely use again!
There really was nothng to dislike. If there was an issue (like dead lightbulb in the bathroom) it was fixed immediately after asking. The same applies to cleaning.

The pool area was very nice and the rooms were big enough.
The textiles in the bed shower... are really in need of being changed, they were dirty and quite disqusting. The bed needs better blankets! Breakfast could have been better but for the price we payed i quess one cant really demand too much..

Location. Walk from the beach 20-30 minutes. Walk to town 20-30 minutes. Surroundings. The staff were friendly. When asked for something, you got it. Breakfast was brought into the room if you want. It was a modest, but adequate.
Room and bathroom looked a bit dirty. Rooms, furniture covers and curtains needs a complete renovation. Kitchen needs to be updated. The refrigerator does not work, it was moldy and smelled. The bathroom is very old and needs to be cleaned better. The six-day spaces rooms are not cleaned, towels were not replaced. (If you would have asked, I think would be cleaned and replaced).

The pool was great, kids enjoyed it a lot, not too far from the beach. Overall we had a very good time there.
Rooms were a little bit run down and the kitchen was not very well equipped.

Staff extremely helpfull, location, good swiming pool so as the price.
Air conditioning driping on your face becose this is above the bed, breakfast extremely poor and same in all days, trash was not taken in all the seven days, the refrigereter was brought only after we ask, there was a kitchen but have no facility, tv programs only in turkish language, music from morning to later in the night at an very loud volume - so awful, flow toilets, dirty towels ... and more. For a good holiday, more thoughtfully.

The hotel was home-like and it was situated very nicely. The staff was helpful but unfortunately they didn't speak english except one person who was rarely there. The pool was well-kept and very well cleaned. Turkish guests were very nice and we enjoyed their company.
Only very bad side was cleaning: there was none during 10 days we spent there! Toilet -paper was brought only when we asked for it and maybe we should have been asking for a vacuum-cleaner for ourselves, too.... The towels weren't changed at all. The climatization didn't work at all end we had to ask for gas separately.

Dedicated English speaking Tour desk, friendly staff, clean Pool, Good value for money. Fridge, Air Conditions and a small Sat tv (in Turkish) were good. Appartment given were easily accessable. Silent and pleasant nights with family. Location was good for us with the car.
Nothing supplied for kitchenette, with faulty kettle, leaking lpg cooker, the leakage caused fire, spotted and escaped just in time. Unprofessional fitting on lpg beware about this. Agreed electrical cooker didn't supplied. Apart from this, rest were ok for us, but we put safety first.

Cheap, very cheap. Up the hill from the ladies beach. Pool with small kids areas. Nice balcony. AC worked fine. Pretty clean. Small amount of parking available and was no problem.
Spartan. First room with broken door, not secure. Second was somewhat better. Had to ask for extra blankets and the dishware and towels, but it was given without issue. Not really within walking distance to main area of town. Questionable neighborhood, but perhaps that is just my American mindset as I had no incident that made me concerned. you get what you pay for so just be aware.
